Friends FM Radio started from my love and passion for music.

Back in August 1989, I began to realize my passion by getting together a group of like-minded people, who each had the same passion for playing music. We all shared a common goal of wanting to share our love of music with the world and that's how Friends FM was born.

32 years later and we are still here, on a new platform but still with the original pirate vibe that we were known for back then.

Being online has given us the opportunity to expand our DJ pool to include many international DJ's from Brazil, Canada, Russia, Germany, Italy and Spain who's shows are broadcast throughout the week. We continue to receive requests from new international DJ's on a weekly basis, who are eager to be a part of our radio family.

Among our resident UK DJ's are some of the original friends FM 100.7 crew members including Mad B, Jazz T, Fusion Groover, Silent Partner (formerly Barry Blue), Steve B, Frogger, Original ID/MCID, Fixer, E Dubz and Trubalsom, alongside new Friends family members , Jay T, Digga Don DJ, Sincere, Parksy, Joules, Del Fry, Ana C.O.B.A. DJ Lockdown, Kyma the DJ plus many more.

Each and every one of these DJs bring their own unique style and flavor to the station, making it a diverse and exciting listening experience for our audience.

There are no big egos in this radio family, it is purely "ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC" as it should be. We are a tight-knit community, united by our love of music and our desire to share it with the world. We believe that music has the power to bring people together, to heal, to inspire and to create memories that will last a lifetime.
